Services

Royal-T Pest Control provides residential pest control, including recurring home treatments and targeted ant, cockroach, termite and wood-destroying insect, and rodent services, as described on this website and in your individual quote. The scope of each service is confirmed with you before work begins.

Scheduling

Visits are scheduled as agreed at the time of your quote. Weather can shift an exterior treatment day; we'll let you know as soon as a change is needed.

Payment

Pricing is confirmed before service begins, including whether a service is one-time or part of a recurring plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations

Scheduled visits can be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice at no charge. Please call us as early as you can.

Satisfaction

If pests return between scheduled visits, tell us. We'll treat that specific problem as described in your service plan.

Safety

Please tell us in advance about children, pets, or anyone with sensitivities in the home so we can plan product placement and prep instructions accordingly.
